A phone, online or in person discussion on your organisations readiness to change. Bring together the key stakeholders for this 2 hr assessment of where your organisation may be out of balance against the Transformation3 elements and identify how to rebalance, re-focus and transform at pace. The outcomes of this discussion will include some immediate advice and actionable take-aways to immediately address any concerns in your organisation. If further assistance is required that may also be discussed with a range of support options available.
